By selecting 'Reserve' you consent to receive messaging and marketing communications (via email, telephone, or text message from Unlimited Homes regarding the status of availability of homesites and requests for additional information regarding the ability to purchase a new construction home. Registering for the Priority Program does not give you or any other prospective buyer a right to purchase or be offered a home. We retain the right to select prospective buyers or accept offers to purchase in our sole and absolute discretion and use the priority list for administrative purposes.
Priority Registration Requirements

Submit your first name, last name, email address, and phone number through our Priority Program Registration above.

Complete prequalification through the lender of your choice or one of our great local lenders

Forward your prequalification document to VIP@Unlimited.Homes
Upon New Homesite Availability

Be reachable regarding available dates for your new home consultation at the phone number and/or email address provided to schedule an appointment.

Attend the appointment scheduled to select a home plan and homesite.

Be able to execute a lot hold and/or design agreement to reserve your homesite and start design on your home plan (for custom home plans).

Have funds available for the down payment for your new home within 72 hours of an executed contract.
Expected Release Date
Release dates for new homesites in Harvest Edge and Prairieside Communities in Mahomet is scheduled for November 17, 2025
Release date includes homesite premiums and new home base pricing for the each community.

Your position on the VIP list is determined by the date of sign up and submission of prequalification letter.
